Top Quality from a Flexible Production Environment
At Contecto, we assemble circuit boards entirely in-house. This gives us control over quality, planning and the complete production process.
Our production environment is set up for precise and efficient PCBA assembly and features two advanced SMD lines. Among other things, we use:
- Speedprint screeners for the precise application of solder paste
- Pharmi SPI for real-time inspection of solder quality
- Europlacer Pick & Place machines for flexible and error-free component placement
- Asscon Vapour Phase and GoWave soldering technology for reliable connections
- Mycronic 3D AOI for complete optical inspection of every board
All manual work is carried out by IPC-certified specialists. In addition, humidity and temperature control ensure that components are processed under the correct conditions. With our internal logistics, we keep the production process organised and fully traceable.
