Allround Maintenance Employee (Boxmeer)

What will you be doing?
As an Allround Maintenance Employee, you’ll keep our building, workspaces and surrounding area tidy, safe and well-maintained. You’ll take on practical tasks independently, carry out minor repairs, and help keep our working environment pleasant and organised. Want to work more hours? The role can be extended to include assembly work.
Your responsibilities:
- Practical repairs and maintenance work on the building;
- Basic maintenance of machinery and equipment;
- Maintaining the immediate outdoor area and general tidiness;
- If your hours are extended: contributing to assembly work within our production.

- You’re handy, practically minded, and enjoy working independently;
- You spot what needs to be done and take on a wide range of tasks;
- You’re flexible, think in solutions, and have an eye for a tidy working environment.
What do we offer you?
- A role starting from 16 hours per week, extendable up to a maximum of 40 hours;
- A salary matching your experience and in line with the collective labour agreement (CAO);
- 31.5 holiday days, of which 6.5 are ADV days (reduced working hours days);
- 8% holiday allowance, a 70% employer contribution to your pension, and travel expense reimbursement from the first kilometre;
- An informal working atmosphere within a committed family business.
