What will you be doing?
As an Electronics Production Employee, you’ll help with assembling, soldering, checking and testing PCBs. You’ll work on products where precision and care matter, and you’ll see the direct results of your work. No two days are exactly the same: one day you might be doing fine soldering work, the next checking, testing or preparing products for the next step in the process.
Your responsibilities:
- Manually assembling and soldering electronic components;
- Checking and testing PCBs using professional test equipment;
- Identifying deviations and contributing ideas for a tidy, efficient way of working;
- Keeping your workspace clean, organised and safe.
What do you bring?
- You work with precision and have an eye for detail;
- You’re available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
- Experience with assembly, soldering or electronics is a plus;
- No experience yet, but eager to learn the trade? We’d love to hear from you too.
What do we offer you?
- A role for 32 to 40 hours per week;
- A salary matching your experience and in line with the collective labour agreement (CAO);
- 31.5 holiday days, of which 6.5 are ADV days (reduced working hours days);
- 8% holiday allowance, a 70% employer contribution to your pension, and travel expense reimbursement from the first kilometre;
