CNC machining

High quality CNC machining for a perfect end product

CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control, which makes it possible to make very accurate workpieces in various materials using computer control. CNC machining is characterized by the fact that by means of an advanced lathe and milling techniques, very precise material is removed and a perfect end product is created. Because the machines are computer controlled, there is no manual work involved and this creates a completely flawless product. The main system of the machine is a CAM system, with which the product is designed in detail in 3D. If you are in need of a perfectly made end product, you can count CNC machining.

How does CNC machining work?

The most standard materials for CNC machining are plastic, aluminum, composite or titanium. This allows prototypes, mechanical parts or other end products to be processed in great detail until a perfect end result is achieved. The removed parts of the material are called chips. The material is clamped in a workbench, after which the milling cutter processes the product extremely accurately. This is called CNC milling. The product can also be placed in a CNC workbench, with the material rotating around the milling cutter. The technique used depends on your application and the chosen material.
