The circuit board assembly process
Contecto provides both automated SMD assembly technology as well as manual THT assembly of your PCB. Thanks to our state-of-the-art machinery, we are able to assemble any type of SMD component on a variety of PCB sizes, from very large to very small. And with our team of IPC certified personnel, we provide THT assembly of PCBs for our customers on a daily basis.
The quality of your final product is paramount. Therefore, our machine park has an AOI for precise quality control. Using laser technology, 3D graphics and specialized software, we are able to detect and resolve even the smallest deviations on the PCB, both in our automatic and manual PCB assembly process.
Contecto has designed its electronics assembly process to enable assembly at various scales. We offer realization of smaller prototype series and zero series, but also provide manufacturing of larger series up to 10,000 pieces per year.
